Ginkakuji (Silver Pavilion) inside
of Jishoji. In 1482, the eight Ashikaga shogun Yoshimasa retired
here. Since this was five years after the Onin war, he was never able to
cover this pavilion with silver leafs (his grandfather built the Golden
Pavilion).
